The Celebration of Life:
Birth, Infant Dedication, Baptism, Conversion, Believer Baptism, Church Membership, Marriage and Death

God created life.  It is worthy of reverence and celebration.  At key moments in life,
the people of God gather around a person to recognize the activity of God in that life. 
These key moments are birth, infant baptism or dedication, conversion, baptism,
church membership, marriage and death.

   There are other moments worthy of celebration, but these are predictable events in
the lives of God's people.  In the Celebration of Life we want to define the response of
the people of God at College Church to each of these moments in your life and in the lives of your loved ones.  We are a people of varied religious backgrounds, and these issues
can often be confusing.  As you read, it is our prayer that you will sense that College
Church is a church which values the journey through life together. 
We want to celebrate God's work in each life.
